What the service does

Renlume organises information from builder quotes into an informational comparison. It highlights stated differences and uncertainty and suggests questions. It does not provide surveying, legal, financial or construction advice. It does not verify builders, inspect work, establish regulatory compliance or recommend a builder.

Check the original details

Document reading can make mistakes. A human check during the trial is not a guarantee of accuracy. Check source wording and confirm the complete scope, exclusions, price, VAT, payment terms, timings and warranties directly with each builder before accepting a quote. “Not stated” means information was not found; it does not mean that work is excluded.

Your uploads

Upload only quotes you are entitled to share, for the same project. Do not upload unlawful content, malware or highly sensitive personal information. This trial supports text PDFs and DOCX files. Scanned, password-protected, damaged or unusually long documents may fail.

Availability

The trial is free, has limited capacity, and may be changed or ended. There are no payments or subscriptions. Human review may take longer than initial processing. Results are available only in the original browser and are deleted after seven days. Save the questions you need before they expire.

Privacy and responsibility

The privacy and file handling notice explains our processing provider, human access and deletion policy. Your choice of builder and any contract you agree are yours. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
