What kinds of quotes can I upload?
Two to five quotes for the same bathroom, kitchen, extension, roofing or other home project. Use PDF or DOCX files, up to 8 MB each. Text PDFs are supported; scanned images and password-protected files are not supported yet.
How long does a comparison take?
Reading usually takes a few minutes. A person checks every result before release. There is no guaranteed review turnaround during this test. Bookmark the result in the same browser so you can return later.
Will you tell me which builder to choose?
No. We show factual differences, exclusions and unanswered questions. We do not rate builders, verify their work or recommend a winner.
What happens to my documents?
Original files are discarded after text extraction. Extracted document text is sent to Groq to organise the quote details. Our trial reviewer can inspect that text and the results. All comparison data and feedback are deleted after seven days, or sooner if you choose Delete comparison.
